Use of Mod Sound software indicates that you accept the following license terms and conditions.

- This is a perpetual license. After purchasing a license, you may use the software for its lifetime. If Mod Sound LLC ceases operations, a version of the software will be made available with authentication mechanisms disabled.

- You may install the software on all of your computers, and may use it on up to two (2) computers at a time. Anyone may use the software on your computer, but no one else may use your license on their own computer.

- You may not modify or reverse-engineer the binary distribution of the software.

- The software and all associated copyrights are owned by Mod Sound LLC.

- Mod Sound LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the software. The software does not include a warranty of any kind.

- Mod Sound LLC reserves the right to terminate your license if you are found to have violated the above terms and conditions.
